The new conventional chopped salad kits include six flavors: Sweet Kale, Caesar, Asian Sesame, Sunflower Crunch, Everything and Avocado Goddess.
“This product line centers around six, high-demand flavors with ingredient twists that elevate the eating experience,” said Kori Tuggle, vice president of marketing and product development. “Some are based off our recipes for Josie’s Organics versions that have a cult-like following.”
Colby Pereira, COO said the branded conventional line of chopped salads was a natural extension of the company’s organic and private label chop program.
“As with our Josie’s Organic salad program, this Braga Farms product line is focused on flavorful salad options while offering our retail partners value and convenience in one loading location,” Pereira said.
In addition to the conventional product line, Braga Fresh will showcase its organic offerings from Josie’s Organics in booth #719.
