Southeastern Grocers, Inc. ("SEG" or the “Company”), parent company of BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie stores, announced a series of transactions that will ensure the Company continues to thrive and support the long-term growth of its core banners.

The stores will remain open as BI-LO and Harveys Supermarket until the transaction is complete, which is expected to take place over a staggered period from January to April 2021, pending regulatory approval and customary closing requirements.

Less than a year after closing nearly 100 underperforming stores amid bankruptcy restructuring, Jacksonville, FL-based Southeastern Grocers announced more store closures.
