Press Release November 14, 2023 Denver, CO — Woerner Holdings, L.P. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Freight All Kinds, Inc. (FAK) BB #:395300, a Denver-based national logistics provider.

Trent Woerner, Woerner Holdings Vice President, stated “With the acquisition of FAK we have added a premier name in the logistics industry to our portfolio of companies. FAK is known and respected across the country and with the broad services they provide, Woerner Food has significantly expanded its logistics footprint and reach. Our associates look forward to leveraging the FAK brand and working with FAK’s experienced team to grow both businesses to their fullest potential.”

Freight All Kinds was founded by Ralph Lemberg in 1983 and is one of the country’s largest logistics companies with operations throughout the United States. The company has been operated by Sam and Bobbye Marcove since Ralph’s death in 2001.

FAK just celebrated its 40th year in business, specializing in moving truckloads of dry, perishable, flatbed, OD, government, and other shipments across North America, and thanks to incoming investments by Woerner Food & Ag, is positioned well for corporate growth and many more successful years ahead.

Woerner Food & Ag’s affiliate H.C. Schmieding Produce, LLC BB #:298796 is a leading produce sales and marketing company representing family farms across the United States. Woerner Holdings, L. P. is a diverse private enterprise owned and operated by Lester J. Woerner and his son Trent Woerner.

They are proud to say they have kept intact all of the very talented sales, operational and administrative team members at FAK, thereby enabling a smooth transition for current FAK customers and stakeholders.

With this exciting change in ownership, Freight All Kinds is actively seeking additional transportation brokers with sales experience. Woerner Holdings, in keeping with this and other acquisitions, continues to explore additional opportunities to add to its portfolio of companies.
