Seasoned operating executive to join leadership team at Kwik Lok

YAKIMA, Wash., (July 10, 2023) – Kwik Lok Corporation, headquartered in Yakima, Washington, announces the addition of John Skadorwa to its Leadership Team. Skadorwa takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) upon the retirement of COO, Jeff Scott, who is leaving the company after a six-and-a-half-year tenure.

Skadorwa is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including military, construction, energy, aerospace and manufacturing. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has a proven track record in problem resolution, statistical analysis, operational excellence and project management.

Most recently, Skadorwa served as a Program Management Director on Blue Origin’s BE-4 Rocket Engine Program in Kent, Washington which provides propulsion to next generation launch vehicles. While there he focused on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the engines produced. Before Blue Origin, Skadorwa worked in a variety of roles focused on cultural and strategic transformation, innovation implementation, continuous improvement, manufacturing execution and leadership development.

Skadorwa graduated with his MBA from Washington State University’s Carson College of Business.
