CHICAGO–Greg and Pamela worked the expo floor at United Fresh this week, and noticed a few trends along the way.
For Greg, it was all about technology that solves problems, like labor and food waste.
For Pamela, it was pushing consumers beyond their expectations of flavor…and a little bit of magic.
