Westside Produce and Classic Fruit have hired a new marketing director, Tara Monreal, to head their all-season melons program.

Two of the largest seasonal melon shippers are joining forces to provide retail, foodservice, and fresh-cut customers with year-round supplies of cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, and mixed melons.
