The Michigan Asparagus season is almost here, and consumers are excited to head into stores to incorporate this popular summer vegetable into their meal plans.

As they do every year, consumers eagerly awaited the arrival of this season’s crop of Michigan asparagus, and though the harvest was delayed by about a week, the excitement of those awaiting its arrival did not subside.

Consumers have been eagerly awaiting the 2021 crop of Michigan asparagus and will now be rewarded with the seasonal favorite now at their local stores.
