According to the Central Bank of Honduras (BCH), banana exports in the first six months of 2022 totaled $293.4 million, reflecting an increase of $158.4 million when compared to the same period last year.

Exports totaled $86.1 million during the first four months of this year, reflecting a decrease of 16.5 percent in comparison to the $103.1 million exported in the same period the previous year.
