Vanguard International USA Appoints Tim Clarke to President

Company Press Release – Vanguard International USA has announced that Tim Clarke has been appointed to President, Vanguard International USA, and Dan Lillybridge has been named Manager, USA Sales and Procurement, in two exciting moves that will support continued growth across the company. Craig Stauffer will continue to serve as CEO.

“Tim is a talented and loyal long-time Vanguard employee who has proven he has what it takes to lead our legacy business forward, and whom we trust wholeheartedly, and Dan has admirable operational and commercial accomplishments, and I know they will drive great success for our company, our employees, and our growers and customers,” said Craig Stauffer, CEO Vanguard. “We’ve made these shifts in responsibilities to ensure we are fully supporting both our legacy business, as well as preparing for future growth.”

“Leading the legacy business is an exciting next step for me as we strive to meet global sales growth and maximize each team member’s strengths,” says Tim Clarke, who celebrated his 22nd anniversary with Vanguard in April of this year.

Dan Lillybridge, who has been with Vanguard for over 10 years, has held various sales and procurement positions within Vanguard including a posting in South Africa. He joined the Vanguard Management team in 2012. “With our growth and acquisitions we are uniquely positioned as a supply partner and a grower. I look forward to getting to work in this role and driving sales in Vanguard’s global markets.”
