Experts say organics will be a hot topic this year as prices drop. If you’re a Blue Book Services Member, you can easily find organic providers by performing a quick search in BBOS. Click on the “Commodity Tab” within Search Companies, then select “Organic” under the ‘Growing Method’ option. For more comprehensive search, click the “Show All Commodities” button and an expanded list will offer more choices. After selecting your commodity criteria, click “Search” and your results will display.
