On May 19, 2024, Red Lobster Restaurants LLC, located in Orlando, FL, filed a petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 In the United States Bankruptcy Court District for the Middle District of Florida under case number 24-bk-02487.
Petition content showed that the estimated number of creditors to be more than 100,000.
