Total revenues increased 16.0 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017 compared to the fourth quarter of 2016. The increase in total revenues was driven by increased customer pricing, volume, and fuel costs in most of our transportation services. Our total net revenues increased 12.5 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017 compared to the fourth quarter of 2016.
