Net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2017 decreased $1.7 million, or 4.4%, to $36.6 million, from $38.3 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2016. Earnings per diluted common share for the third quarter of fiscal 2017 decreased 5.2% to $0.72 per diluted share compared to $0.76 per diluted common share for the third quarter of fiscal 2016.
