Judgment Granted Against Lakeland, Florida Based Harrison Farms, Inc.

On December 9, 2014, a stipulated judgment, under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), was entered against Harrison Farms, Inc. and Samuel E. Harrison, III, jointly and severally, in civil case #14-02837 filed in United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. The judgment was for an aggregate amount of $59,250. The temporary restraining order previously granted in the case was dissolved upon entry of the judgment. The parties involved came to a stipulated agreement in the case. Terms of the agreement were undisclosed.
