Consolidated revenues in the first quarter of fiscal 2018 decreased $9.0 million, to $123.4 million, compared to $132.4 million in the year-ago quarter. The decrease in revenues was due to a $15.8 million, or 68%, decrease in revenues in Apio’s lower-margin export business and from a $778,000 decrease in license fee revenues at Corporate due to the completion of two licensing agreements during fiscal 2017.
