Paying attention to good food safety research helps produce companies get the highest return on their food safety investment.

The latest column from Doug Grant of Oppy BB #:116424 and the Center for Produce Safety’s BB #:339618 chairman of its Knowledge Transfer Task Force, gives some examples of how produce companies can put to use the findings from CPS research studies.

Grant talks with Blue Book’s Greg Johnson about the importance of companies properly allocating food safety resources.
