The Southeast Produce Council is pleased to announce this year's SEPC Nolan Family Foundation Scholarship recipient.
SEPC members packed, shipped, unloaded, re-packed, and distributed almost 70,000 pounds of fresh produce via drive-thru format in order to maintain social distancing and serve as many as possible - 500 families locally and another 500 will be served from food banks that received a portion of the donated product.
With an estimated $1 billion in perishable commodities without a dedicated destination, the Southeast Produce Council felt this was a good time to give back to its community.
TAMPA, FL – The trade show floor at the Southeast Produce Council’s Southern exposure wasn’t QUITE …

The new features and integrations will improve registration and involvement, the council says.
While the design of the logo was enhanced, the SEPC pillars and recognizable colors remain the same: Purple = Innovation; Green = Education; Gold = Community; Red = Networking.
Just in time for Southern Exposure, Wendy McManus is offering this free resource for produce industry professionals.
