Dole plc, a newly created company formed for the combination of Total Produce plc and Dole Food Company, Inc., announced today that it has launched the roadshow for its initial public offering of 26,000,000 ordinary shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).

Formed from the merger of Dole Food Company and Total Produce plc, Dole plc is expected to be one of the world’s largest producers of fresh bananas and pineapples, and one of the leaders in value added salads and fresh packed vegetables in the United States.

Southeastern Grocers, Inc. today announced the launch of an initial public offering of 8,900,000 shares of its common stock to be sold by certain of its stockholders, at an anticipated initial public offering price between $14.00 and $16.00 per share, pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

This process will help enable the Company to make the decision to become publicly traded, subject to market and other conditions.

In a Sept. 22 Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Oxnard, CA-based Mission Produce Inc. plans to offer 9.375 million shares in its upcoming Initial Public Offering, at an estimated $15 to $17 per share.

Mission Produce, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

The amount of securities offered will be determined by market conditions and other factors at the time of the offering. The number of shares of stock to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
