First composed by Blue Book Services, Inc. in 1904, the originals were the foundation of the present trading rules of today’s industry. Revised over the years in conjunction with industry and government participation, these guidelines represent an effort to document the best practices, customs, and rules applicable to the purchase, sale, and handling of fresh fruit and vegetables in North America.
