Valley Fruit and Produce & Continental Sales remembers beloved team member

Valley Fruit Kathee Lee Lam Final Banner

The Valley Fruit and Produce BB #:113754 and Continental Sales lost a team member too soon.

Kathee Lee Lam, a team member of nearly 27 years, passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 11. Kathee had battled valiantly despite many health setbacks over the past few years. She was the Lead Salesperson for our Schools channel and under her leadership the Schools channel grew tremendously and she managed the procurement and sales for over 500 school districts at its peak.

Her work ethic, passion for her customers, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task were inspiring. Kathee was fun to be around, had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed a challenge. She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashlee, her two sisters, Wendy and Linda, her brother, Anthony, and her mother, along with many family and friends.

As we all grieve the loss of Kathee Lam, we wanted to provide her daughter and family with a book of memories and words of thanks. Please see attached page that you can print and use to write in your own words. We will have blank pages printed for all the locations.

You may turn these in to the HR department that will keep these confidential. A memory book will be created from these pages and given to the family.

Valley has also set up a Gofundme to help raise money for her family to help them through this difficult time. If you can’t make a donation, it would be great if you could share the fundraiser to help spread the word.
