Identifying food trends, and how they’ll shape 2022: The Produce Moms Podcast

What makes an industry observer like myself choose subjects for a Food Trends forecast?

I had a chance to chat with Lori Taylor, founder and CEO of The Produce Moms, on the organization’s weekly podcast series about my recently-published list, and what The Produce Moms is promoting to its consumer audience in 2022.

This is my second time being featured on The Produce Moms podcast. I was a guest during Season 1, Episode 7, in 2018, and it’s amazing to see how far it has come with this appearance Episode 198. The podcast delves inside the produce industry, explaining the “why” behind a lot of what consumers are experiencing from their end.
