Video: Applying food safety knowledge in the packinghouse

Matt Miles, facilities manager for Allan Bros. Inc., BB #:113210 Naches, WA, says once you accept that listeria could be anywhere in a packinghouse, you can work to systematically eliminate it.

He said he’s applying the food safety research learned from the Center for Produce Safety BB #:339618.
