Temporary Restraining Order Granted Against Lim’s Produce

On April 29, 2016 a temporary restraining order was granted against Lim’s Produce in the United States District Court Northern District of California under Case No.: 3:16-cv-878 JCS. The total amount owed to two plaintiffs is $939,756 which includes filing fees. Furthermore, on April 26, 2016 Marc Lim, President filed a personal chapter 7 bankruptcy in the Eastern District of California under case #16-22654.
