For the third quarter of 2015, operating revenue decreased to $123.5 million from $153.6 million for the prior-year period on improved pricing offset by lower volume. Base revenue, which excludes fuel surcharges, decreased to $109.8 million from $125.9 million for the same period in the prior year.
