Net sales for the second quarter of 2015 decreased 4.6% to $193.6 million from $202.9 million for the second quarter of 2014. Almost two-thirds of the net sales decrease was attributable to Rickland Orchards. Net sales of the Rickland Orchards brand decreased $6.1 million compared to the second quarter of 2014, a continuation of the weakness that caused the Company to impair the brand’s trademark and customer relationship intangible assets in 2014.
