On September 30, 2014, a default judgment was entered against Nacho’s Produce Corporation, in civil case number 7:14-CV-224, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas McAllen Division. The judgment was in the amount of $27,804.78, plus pre-judgment interest on the three invoices at a rate of 18% per annum, attorneys’ fees in the amount of $6,140.76 and expenses in the amount of $638.26. The plaintiff shall recover post-judgment interest in the total amount due at a rate of 0.10% until the amount awarded is fully satisfied.
